In the starting itself i want to clear that whatever i am going to write here is purely based on my own opinion.
and i am calling it strange because for many of my friends it looks strange an twisty one.So if anyone is there who disagrees to my view should think that it was purely accidental that he has read this article.
Management
What is management ? if you will this question to a MBA student you may get very precise and very structured answer...... but What my idea is , whatever i have learned by myself and this is a real life experience ... may be it won't be that much precise and nice one ........
In NITC when i came upto that time i had seen people of approximately same basic nature.... Differences were there also but the basic theme was same.... so it wasn't difficult to tackle with those persons...
but after coming here i was within a new circle ,new people... who were having different culture and different mentality ,difference in language,difference in way of thinking, difference in point of view..... and so many thing....
now since i was the CR for 1st sem i had to tackle with these variety ......i started communication with them and then i started managing thing around class.I think management needs some sort of talent and Broad way of thinking. Some one told me that management can be taught and you can build mangers.... OK i agree with that but can you make someone a good manager in my idea the answer is simply NO.
they have to use their own talent and every time they have to handle situation by themselves and this you can't teach them theoretically .
I got the chance to handle many situations some times 100% sometimes 10% that doesn't matter but i got something to learn and that was the experience that no one can teach you and now i think that best way to learn management is to manage something from root level to higher level.now when you are increasing the level you are gaining confidence and skill to handle situation . In my opinion try to develop it as soon as possible ,there are things around you that you can manage, so never leave any chance to manage even smallest possible problem .Being manager in your circle will be an easier task many times..... so why not give it a try.Never take anyone for granted while you are managing things,you should believe on yourself.One more important point is Never let your people(for whom you are managing) hope down.
Encouraging teammates should be the minimum criteria for being manager.If i have to manage something i will put all my effort to that and i will not care what people are thinking because if result will be there people will automatically turn to you.Energy is also important for a manager he should look full of life and his approach should be an optimistic one so that his teammates should feel like everything is going right and they are getting something.
there are so many things to write and so many things to discuss but right now time is not permitting me may be later i will put my idea ....... in somewhat broader way..

I completely agree to you. I too feel same that management in incomplete until its practiced. Teaching Management will make sure that you are using the well defined methods of managing and reduces the error.
i would like to make a change in your line and state it as best way to learn management is to manage something from root level to higher level .
moreover i don't think its a strange view infact its correct view about Management.
